I wanted to provide some feedback for Amazing 7. We signed up and switched to their phone service shortly after Shop-Ware announced the integration with Amazing 7 to display on-screen pop-ups identifying the customers and calls coming in. So far, we are very happy with the service!

We love the pop-ups in the Shop-Ware tabs as customers call in. We’ve opted for call recording with Amazing 7, which gives us a few moments from when the Shop-Ware pop-up displays as the caller hears the “Your call is being recorded…” message until our phones actually ring. This makes it nice to pull up customer info before we answer and speak with the customer.

Amazing 7’s customer service has been great. They made the setup simple and the whole process was fairly painless compared to processes we’ve had in the past with other providers. The connection reliability and call quality is much better than our prior IP Phone service provider. There have been a couple times we’ve needed to restart desk phones to resolve a glitch, but for the time we’ve had Amazing 7 service this is much less frequent compared to prior services we’ve had.

We’ve used 5 different phone providers during my time in business. Each provider has had a varying mix of reliability, call quality, technology & services offered, customer service & support, etc. Amazing 7 has been good for us in all categories and has not been lacking in at least 1 like all the other services we’ve had. The few times I’ve needed anything they have been very responsive to help.

I would certainly recommend Amazing 7 to Shop-Ware clients interested in the added convenience of the on-screen pop-ups for incoming calls, especially anyone who may be even a little unhappy with their current provider and considering moving their phone service.

Regardless, we now find the pop-ups are a valuable resource to our daily operations!
