5/5 Stars for Amazing 7! First of all, they have an excellent team who is always there to help and answer questions. Secondly, the integration with Shop-ware is very useful for knowing who is calling and being able to pull up previous customers information immediately when they call! It really helps us be better prepared when we answer the phone and helps us answer any questions our customers have quicker. The set-up was easy, they did most of the work remotely and got us taken care of quickly. Lastly, the online access to call recordings, voicemails, messaging internally and with customers, and even making phone calls through their app from the shop phone number is amazing! It is seamless and really helps us keep in touch with our customers after-hours when needed, without the need to share personal phone numbers. Thanks for a great product and great service!
